Mental break meditation

Close your eyes.

Put your feet flat on the ground.

Relax your shoulders, let them drop.

Rotate your head, your neck a couple of consecutive times.

Make exaggerated vowels to help stretch your jaw. We often hold much tension in our jaws and our overall bodies.

Hold your hand and stretch your fingers.

Get up. Touch the sky, reach as far high as you can.

Sit down again. Go on tippy toes to stretch your ankles.

If you have some water or a drink next to you, take a sip. Savor the taste.

Listen to the sounds around you.

What smells are around you?

Feel your hands, your legs. Feel yourself breathe full breaths.

Our bodies are so beautiful and one of a kind.

Give yourself a big warm hug.

Slowly, open your eyes.

May this day be filled with all the positive manifestations for us.
